The Management Research
of Web Collaborative Learning Activity
ABSTRACT
Under the new situation of the socialization and lifelong education, the proportion of
distance education in the education system is increasing. The developing work technology
made the Web learning ing the support of distance education. Web collaborative learning
is an important form of Web learning. Because of its personalized interactions, group interaction,
real time munication and non-real-time munication and many other
advantages, Web collaborative learning is ing more and more learners’ main learning way.
According to the survey, we found that although it has outstanding advantage at courses learning
and the developing of students' collaboration ability, but this feature has not been very good play.
The efficacy of web collaborative learning has not been fully demonstrated. By studying a large
number of documents, we found that many scholars have begun to study web learning, and a
large number of research results emerged in recent years. By analysis we found that these studies
are primarily focused on instructional design and environmental design. It is focused on the
present course, the construction of the environment, in other words, it is just focused on the
knowledge representation level. However, the study on the students’ acceptance process of the
knowledge was less. Because the learning motivation deduces rapidly, many learners with high
enthusiasm at the beginning exit after a period of study. And this phenomenon has not been
improved. It is mainly due to the lack of management in the process of learning activities under
work environment. This learning
