城市道路路段交通管理对其通行能力影响研究

摘要
为了解决日益拥堵的交通问题,很多城市使用了较为先进的交通管理手段,而
目前的路段通行能力研究没有跟上,现行的通行能力计算中忽略了交通管理这一影
响因素,致使城市道路设计时缺少依据,容易造成了整体通行能力有余,局部通行
能力不足的现象。针对这种状况,本文首先对现行通行能力计算的不足进行讨论,
对影响道路通行能力的因素进行归纳总结,提出影响通行能力的因素包括道路条件、
交通条件、交通管理条件及环境条件四个。接着试图通过对实例进行分析,找出计
算交通管理对城市道路通行能力影响大小的方法,并改善现行的交通管理方案,试
图提高路段通行能力,从而为选取适当的交通管理方案提供依据。
本文改善现行通行能力计算中忽略交通管理这一因素的算法,提出在目前的交
通管理水平下,必须考虑交通管理这一影响因素,并给出计算其影响大小的实例。
论文第 2、3 章首先分析与通行能力相关的一些概念和通行能力的计算方法,为下文
实例路段通行能力计算作出了铺垫。第 4 章归纳分析了路段交通管理方式并提出实
例分析前的交通调查方案。第 5 章对现状路段通行能力进行分析并计算出现状交通
管理影响因素的大小,后又对实施建议后的路段通行能力及交通管理影响因素进行
分析,以便比较。第 6 章运用交通仿真技术对实例分析进行检验。

Abstract
In order to solve the transportation problem which is worse to worse, many cities
begin to use the advanced traffic control method, but road section capacity study has not
followed, The existing calculation of capacity ignored the impact of traffic
management,so the basis lacks when we do the urban road designs work, it easily caused
the whole capability to be too large and the partial capability to be too small. To solve this
problem, the paper firstly discuss ings of the capacity calculation,then summary
the impact factors of road traffic capacity, including road conditions, traffic conditions,
traffic management and environmental try to find out the method of the
computation of traffic management brings influence to the urban road capability, thus
provides the reasonable selection of traffic management, in order to improve the road
capacity.
This article improves the present traveling putation which neglect
the factor of traffic management, proposed that under the present traffic management
level,we must consider the influencing factor of the traffic management, and gives an
example to calculates its influence magnitude. The 2nd,3rd chapters of the paper firstly
