航空公司网络舱位控制方法研究

摘要
本论文研究了航空公司收益管理中的网络舱位控制问题。收益管理是航空公
司科学管理方法研究的热点,舱位控制在航空收益管理中占据着核心地位。针对
国内航空公司多航节航班的出现和中枢辐射航线网络的逐渐形成,本文重点研究
了网络舱位控制的相关问题,主要内容如下:
一、详细阐述了收益管理的产生、发展、研究内容、应用领域和未来发展方
向,重点介绍了网络收益管理的相关模型和舱位控制方法。由于各类环境下的舱
位控制方法都存在不同的优化控制方法,因此本文详细论述了这些方法。
二、针对目前国内普遍存在的多航节航班的舱位控制问题,本文提出了影子
价格控制方法,并给出了算法,对实例进行了详细的分析。
本文将影子价格引入票价分摊公式,定义分摊票价为航节收益值,拓展了单
航节舱位控制中普遍使用的期望边际座位收益方法,并用于多航节舱位控制中。
该方法简单可行,利于航空公司的实际应用。
三、针对更为复杂的中枢辐射网络的舱位控制问题,本文提出了网络贡献值
模型,并给出了算法,应用实例检验了该模型。
当航空公司的网络远比多航节网络复杂时,不管是多航节舱位控制方法还是
标价控制方法,都没有完全区分不同订座请求的网络贡献值。本文提出了网络贡
献值计算方法,应用 ILOG 软件计算贡献值,并给出了基于网络贡献值的舱位嵌
套控制算法和步骤。

ABSTRACT
work seat inventory control in airline revenue management is studied in
this dissertation. Revenue management is the hot point of scientific management
method and seat inventory control holds core status in airline revenue management.
As to the presentation of multi-leg flight and the trend of hub and work in
our country, this paper work seat inventory control. The main contents of
the dissertation are as follows:
First, we introduce the development, research contents, application and evolution
of revenue management. The models and seat inventory control methods work
revenue management are emphasized. Optimizations of control are different from
each other under different situation, so optimizations of control are discussed in detail.
Second, as to seat inventory control about multi-leg flight which is ubiquitous in
our country, the method which is based on shadow price is set up. The algorithm is
given and the example is analyzed in detail.
We introduce the shadow price to prorate fares, then the prorated fares were regarded
as leg revenue and the EMSR was extended to manage multi-leg seat inventory control problem.
