[摘要] 探讨高校图书馆区域合作与资源共享的协调组织机构的设置,提出利益平衡机制是高校图书馆区域合作与资源共享管理的重要机制,分析合作中的利益协调,给出利益补偿的考核指标。从地缘特点、馆藏特色、文献价格、读者需求、学科建设、共享经费的使用(用Shapley值法建立模型)等方面探讨了共享平台资源的建设。

Abstract: Firstly,this paper confers the anization of the regional cooperation and resource sharing of the University Library ; secondly, it puts forward that the benefit balancing mechanism is very important for the regional cooperation and resource sharing management of the University Library ,analyses the Interests coordination In the process of cooperation , gives the assessment index of pensation t; finally,from the geopolitical features, the characteristics of collection, the price, the reader demand, the use of sharing funds ( Shapley value method is used to establish model ) ,this paper explores the construction of resource sharing platform。
