变质性物品涉及到人们日常生活、生产的方方面面,其品种繁多,在全世界范
围内产量总和巨大,需求量也非常大;因此变质性物品供应链在所有供应链中占有
相当大的比重。而伴随着全球市场竞争的日益加剧,供应链战略联盟被认为是未来
企业组织形式发展演变的主流趋势。因此,对于变质性物品供应链战略联盟的研究
是很有必要的。以往关于变质性物品供应链的研究多是集中于变质性物品库存的研
究,但是随着供应链相关研究的日益广泛和深入,关于变质性物品供应链战略联盟
问题的研究具有重要的意义和价值。
论文首先介绍了选题的研究背景,研究目的和意义,以及研究的创新点。其次,
对供应链战略联盟的基本概念和相关理论进行了拓展,其中包括供应链战略联盟模
式、供应链评价指标以及供应链伙伴选择方法。第三,论文在分析了变质性物品供
应链的框架体系,重点研究了供应链战略联盟体系中战略联盟的几种模式以及各自
的适用范围,其中包括:供应商、零售商以及第三方物流提供商联盟的模式;生产
制造企业联盟 TPLP 的模式;动态联盟的模式。然后指出了变质性物品供应链适用的
联盟模式以及原因分析。第四,论文提出了基于变质性物品供应链的特殊需求而建
立的评价指标体系,主要由 17 个指标组成,是一个关于变质性物品的、系统的、全
面的评价指标体系。进一步提出了主成分分析法和目标规划模型相结合的综合评价
方法。第五,论文对文中提出的理论和模型进行了实证分析,为河南省某著名农产
品加工企业在备选的 20 个零售企业中选择了最满意的一个联盟企业。最后,对全文

Abstract
The deterioration items have relationship with many parts of our life and business.
They have many kinds of forms and their total production and demand all over the world
are very large. As a result, the deterioration items’ supply chains have a big proportion in
the whole supply chain. In the same time, supply chain alliance is considered as the main
development trend panies with the increasingly intensification of global market.
Therefore, it’s very necessary to research the deterioration items’ supply chain. In the past,
the research of the deterioration items was based on inventory model. However, along
with the supply chain research ing increasingly abroad and deep, the research of the
deterioration items’ supply chain became important and significance.
Firstly, the thesis introduces the backgrounds, the aims, the significance, and the
innovative achievements of choosing this topic. Secondly, the thesis analyses and
summarizes the basic concept and correlative theories of supply chain alliance. The
theories contain alliance mode of supply chain, the evaluation index system of supply
chain alliance, and the choice methods about partner selection. Thirdly, the thesis analyses
