摘要
自上世纪八十年代以来,我国制造业经济取得了飞速发展,对提高我和促进经济的快速发展做出了巨大贡献。然而,在当前这场全球经济
危机冲击下,我国大部分制造业企业出现了不同程度的危机,对我国整体经济的
健康发展产生巨大冲击。如何提高制造业企业新产品开发能力,促进产业升级和
结构调整,为我国经济发展奠定坚实基础,成为我国制造业企业面临的一大难题。
因此,深入研究制造业企业新产品开发的关键成功因素,提高新产品开发成功率,
进而提高企业竞争力,具有重要现实意义。
本文首先在回顾了国内外有关企业新产品开发成功标准、关键成功因素、开
发流程等相关研究的基础上,结合我国制造业企业新产品开发活动的实施情况,
系统的界定了本文涉及的重要概念;然后对我国制造业的发展状况、新产品开发
现状及存在的问题进行分析总结;接着,分析和提炼出我国制造业企业新产品研
发项目的关键成功因素;最后运用实证的研究方法,设计了调查问卷,并对国内
不同地区、不同行业的 83 家大中型制造业企业展开调查,并应用统计分析软件
对不同流程阶段下新产品开发关键成功因素的差异性进行分析验证,以期为我国
制造业企业成功实施新产品研发项目提供理论上的参考。

ABSTRACT
Since the eighties of last century, China's manufacturing industry has achieved
rapid development, which has made great contributions to improve living standards
and the promotion of China's rapid economic development. However, during the
current global economic crisis, most of the manufacturing enterprises of our country
undertake varying degrees of crisis, which impact on the healthy development of
China's overall economy. How to improve the capability of new products
development(NPD) in Chinese manufacturing enterprises, promote industry
upgrading and restructuring, in order to found a solid foundation for China's economic
development, ing a difficult problem which Chinese manufacturing enterprises
are facing. Therefore, the in-depth study of NPD, and the critical ess factors(CSFs)
for manufacturing enterprises to improve the ess rate of NPD, enhancing the
competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises has important practical significance

CSFs and development process based on related research, combined with the
