【摘要】为了充分了解目前医学生临床实习的现状及实习中出现的问题,通过对医学实习生的调查问卷分析,更加准确地把握目前医学生在实习中的实际情况。从而更好地为医学实习生的教学改革提供重要参考依据,最终提高医学实习生实习质量,为国家培养合格的医学人才。

【Abstract】Through a survey of medical interns ,we can fully understand the status of medical students' clinical practice and practical issues that arise, and more accurately grasp the actual situation of the medical students in the internship. This investigation will better provide an important reference for the hospital medical trainee teaching reform, and ultimately improve the quality of medical intern internship to train qualified medical personnel for the country at last.

医学生临床实习是医学教育的重要环节,是将所学理论知识和临床实践密切结合的关键步骤。作为广东省最大的一所非医学院校直属医院,每年接收各高等医学院校各专业医学实习生共360名。面对当前社会复杂的实习教学环境,对医学生的实习现况进行了调查研究。
一、资料与方法
(一)调查对象
对在我院实习的中山大学、南方医科大学、汕头大学共92人进行了问卷调查。
(二)调查及统计方法
采用无记名问卷调查,共发放问卷92份,回收有效问卷89 份,%。同时采用临床抽查及核查等方法进行详细了解,数据采用EXCEL软件进行处理。
二、调查结果
(一)科室管理方面
71%的实习生认为科室主任重视实习生的教学工作;57%的实习生认为所在科室有教学意识;97%实习生有固定的带教老师;70%实习生在入科时教学秘书对其介绍了科室的基本情况、实习任务及实习要求(入科宣教);75%的科室能够做到至少每2周1次教学查房;72%的科室能够完成至少每2周1次教学讲课。
