摘要:土地集约利用评价指标体系是土地集约评价的核心,目前的研究多是关于区域建设用
地、城市用地、开发区用地、农村居民点用地等方面的单体评价指标体系,这些指标体系之
间有哪些异同需要进行研究。通过收集已有成果中涉及到的各层次建设用地集约利用评价指
标体系,采用内涵比较、指标比较等方法,探讨多层次建设用地集约利用评价指标体系间的
一致性与差异性,以完善集约用地评价指标结构层,为科学建立土地集约利用评价指标体系
提供参考。

Abstract: The evaluation index system of intensive land-use is regarded as the core of land
intensive assessment, and the relative studies mainly focus on monomer evaluation index system ,
including region-based construction land, urban construction land, development zones and rural
housing land. Differences between them need to be studied. By collecting results on the all-level
evaluation index system of intensive land-use, comparisons of the connotation and evaluation
index are adopted to study similarities and the differences between the multi-level evaluation
index system, so that we can improve the evaluation indicators structural layer and provide
references for the establishment of evaluation index system of intensive land-use scientifically.
