摘要:MicroRNA 是一类内源性非编码小 RNA,通过与靶 mRNA 结合而引起靶 mRNA 降解
或翻译抑制,最终导致靶基因表达受抑,对众多生命过程有重要调控作用。业已发现,在代
谢综合征的共同病理基础——胰岛素抵抗发生进程中,有多种 microRNA 如 Let-7、miR-126、
miR-320 等通过抑制胰岛素受体、胰岛素受体底物、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶等胰岛素信号转导通
路中的分子而参与胰岛素抵抗的发生。深入了解 microRNA 在胰岛素抵抗发生中的作用和机
制,对于寻找治疗代谢综合征的有效靶点以及预防方法均具有重要意义。

Abstract: MicroRNAs are a class of endogenous small noncoding RNAs, bine to target
mRNAs and then lead to degradation or translational inhibition of target mRNAs. As a result, the
expression of target gene is repressed. Therefore, they play a significant role in regulating quite
few biological processes. As far as we know,a number of microRNAs, such as Let-7, miR-126,
miR-320 etc., participate in the development of insulin resistance, which is mon
pathological basis of metabolic syndrome, by inhibiting the molecules in insulin signaling
pathways including insulin receptor, insulin receptor substrate, phosphoinositide 3-kinase etc.
Thorough understanding of the role and mechanism of microRNAs in the onset of insulin
resistance has important significance f
