冠菌素对大豆根系生理生化特性的调控#

摘要:为了研究新型生物发酵植物生长调节剂冠菌素对田间不同时期大豆根系生理生化特性
的调控,本文以中黄 35 为试验材料,采用大田试验方法,通过测定根系生物量、根系活力、
可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量以及根系中的植物激素和矿质元素。结果表明:冠菌素处理增加
了根干重,提高了大豆根系的氧化还原能力和可溶性糖含量,增加了根系中的钾,钙,铁,
锌元素的含量。冠菌素通过调节内源激素来实现调控根系生理活性表达,显著提高了根系中
IAA,GAs 和 ABA 的含量,同时降低了 CTKs 的含量。

Regulation of coronatine on the physiological and
biochemical character in soybean roots

Abstract: In this paper, a field experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of plant growth
regulator (Coronatine, COR) on the physiological and biochemical parameters in soybean
(Glycine max 35) roots in 2008 at Shangzhuang trial station of China Agricultural
University, Beijing. Coronatine was sprayed at 0 μ mol/L, μ mol/L and μ mol/L in the
early flowering stage. The result showed that the oxidation-reduction capacity, soluble sugar and
soluble protein of soybean root were increased by COR, K, Ca, Fe, Zn were improved but N, P
were decreased by Coronatine in the root, CTKs,Gas, and ABA were enhanced but IAA was
decreased by COR.
