摘要:目的:研究子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者在位、异位内膜干细胞分离、培养及鉴定方
法。方法:采用胶原酶 III 法进行体外分离、培养子宫内膜异位症患者在位、异位内膜干细
胞,倒置显微镜下观察贴壁细胞的生长情况,并运用免疫荧光和 RT-PCR 技术检测干细胞相
关标记物的表达。结果:成功培养出悬浮生长的子宫内膜干细胞球,CD34、CD117 抗原及
Oct-4 因子在子宫内膜细胞中呈持续的阳性表达。结论:EMs 患者在位、异位内膜中存在干
细胞,对其分离、培养,可作为研究 EMs 发病机制的体外模型。

Abstract: Objective:Study of endometriosis(EMs) in the ectopic endometrium in patients with
stem cell isolation, culture and identification :By using collagenase III for
endometriosis were isolated and cultured in vitro in the ectopic endometrium in patients with stem
cells,The growth of cells were observed under inverted microscope to stick wall,and using
immunofluorescence and RT-PCR technique to detect the expression of stem cells related
: essfully developed suspended growth of endometrial stem cells, CD34,
CD117 antigen and Oct-4 factor in endometrial cells continue to positive
:In patients with EMs,stem cells exist in the ectopic endometrium, the
isolation, culture, and can be used for research in vitro model to the pathogenesis of EMs.
