AIS在船舶避碰中的应用
[摘要]: 本文着重探讨了基于AIS信息的船舶避碰系统的组成、技术性能等。用AIS系统收发的船舶信息,可以为船舶提供避碰信息,最终为船舶避碰提供了一种新方法,提高了AIS在避碰中的船舶避碰中的应用和地位,减少避碰中的不协调行动。最后,本文提出了现阶段AIS的不足和解决办法,并分析了AIS的在船舶航行安全和船舶避碰中的前景与未来。鉴于AIS能及时准确的获得他穿的操船意图,快速进行船舶间的信息交流,本人所在实习船舶(嘉山关)亦利用AIS能适时知道他船动态,认知避碰态势和碰撞危险,快速便捷和他船行进信息交流,以及在船舶间进行避碰时能快速准确的审核避碰效果等特点,减少一些不协调的行动,避免了多次的碰撞事故。

[Abstract]: This article focuses on ship with AIS collision avoidance system, components technical performance,etc. the Ship information sent and received by AIS system , can provide information of collision avoidance, and a new method for the ship collision avoidance, the application and status of AIS in collision avoidance in ship collision is be raised, and reduce the uncoordinated actions in collision the end,the e up with the lack of AIS and possible solutions at this stage, and analyze the future prospects of AIS in the ship navigation safety and collision avoidance. Beacuse of AIS can get accurate action and purpose of other ship, and fast exchange of information between the ship, JIA SHAN GUAN vessel where I practice at also made use of AIS’s features to reduce the uncoordinated actions and avoid collision accident,such as AIS can know the dynamic of other ship in time, cognition the collision situation and the collision avoidance, fast exchange of information between the ship, and can audit the collision effect accurate in ship collision avdidance and so on.
