学术职业视角下大学教师职业价值观及其与工作投入的关系研

摘要
随着学术职业化的快速发展,我国学术人的专业发展和职业心理素质培养问题
得到了日益广泛的关注和研究。在此背景下,本研究以学术职业为研究视角,通过
对我国重点高校教师的问卷调查和深度访谈,界定了大学教师职业价值观的基本组
成与内涵,考察了我国大学教师职业价值观的人口学特征,并探讨了大学教师职业
价值观与其工作投入之间的关系。研究结果如下:

提高与发展、求知与探索、育人与师表和影响与服务等五个因素构成。
《大学教师职业价值观量表》具有良好的信度效度指标,适合作为大
学教师职业价值观的测量工具。

4 大学教师职业价值观受到性别、年龄、学历、学校类型、学科、职务、专长、
职称及教龄等个体特征变量的影响。
5. 大学教师职业价值观与工作投入之间存在一定的相关;大学教师职业价值观
能在某种程度上预测其工作投入,但预测效果受到大学教师某些个体特征变量的调
节。

Abstract
With the development of academic vocational, our academic professional development
and cultivation of professional psychological qualities gets extensive concern. In this
context, based on an academic career for angle of view, the research through the
questionnaire survey and depth interview of university teachers, reviewed the structure of
university teachers' work values and measuring tools establishment, discussed the
university teachers' work values characteristics, and explored the relationship between
university teachers' work values and work engagement. The results are as follows :
1. Based on an academic career for angle of view , university teachers' work values
is a multi-dimensioned systematic structure, composed of 5 factors, which include
the welfare and health, improvement and development, knowledge and research,
educational and example, influence and service.
2. The self edited University Teachers' Work Values Scale possess good index of
psychometrics and are befitting to the measurement instrument to measure university
teachers' work values.
3. The order of rating of all dimensions given by university teachers is::educational
and example, knowledge and research, the welfare and health, influence and service,
improvement and development.
