摘要:目的:观察参芪复方对 GK 大鼠肾核转录因子κBmRNA(NF-κBmRNA)和过氧化
物酶体增殖物激活受体γmRNA(PPARγmRNA)表达的影响及其可能的作用机制。方
法:将随机血糖≥ 的 GK 大鼠 40 只随机分为雷米普利组、参芪复方高剂量组、
参芪复方低剂量组、模型组四组,设正常 SD 大鼠 10 只作为空白组。8 周后以 RT-PCR 法测
定大鼠肾 NF-κBmRNA和 PPARγmRNA的表达。结果:参芪复方高剂量组 GK 大鼠肾 NF-
κBmRNA 表达下降,PPARγmRNA 表达增强,和模型组比较有统计学意义(P<),且
二者呈负相关。结论:参芪复方高剂量能够抑制 NF-κB 的表达,增强 PPARγ活性,可能
是其抑制 DN 发生、发展的作用机制之一。

Abstract: To observe the effects of pound Recipe on the express of NF-κBmRNA and
PPARγmRNA in Kidney of GK Rats and its possible mechanisms. Methods:The 40 GK rats, RBG≧
, were randomly divided into Ramipril group, the pound Recipe high dose
group, the pound Recipe low dose group, and model group. 10 normal SD rats were set as
the control group. After administered for 8 weeks, the expression of NF-κBmRNA and PPARγ
mRNA were determined from right kidney by RT-PCR way. Results:The expression of NF-κ
