摘要:目的建立基于模糊综合评判法的医院风险评估的模型和方法,将定性的问题用定量
的方法计算出来,以了解医院的风险状况。方法用模糊综合评判法对医院风险进行评估,
定量计算出医院的安全风险值。结果 P=,医院处于风险较低水平。结论明确责任,
严格分工,严把质量关,实行科学化管理,建立医疗风险预警、检测、监管体系,以保证医
院安全,降低风险发生。

An hospital risk assessment method study based on fuzzy

Abstract: Objective To build the model and method based on prehensive evaluation to
assess hospital risk and calculate the qualitative problems using the quantitative methods. Method
prehensive evaluation was used to assess the hospital risk and calculate qualitatively
the risk value of the hospital. Result P is equal to . the hospital is in low risk. Conclusion
It’s necessary to divide the responsibility strictly, implement the scientific management, establish
the medical risk early warning, inspection and supervision system to make sure the hospital safety
and reduce the probability of the risk.

医疗行业是高技术、高风险行业,医护人员随时都面临着医疗风险的出现。美国医学研
