3-6岁幼儿祖辈教养的社会支持系统研究

摘要

祖辈社会支持是指祖辈作为幼儿的主要教养人,在教育抚养幼儿的过程中,
其人际关系网络中的个体或政府组织等对祖辈提供的帮助和支持的行为活动。它
是以祖辈家长为中心,由祖辈和祖辈周围与之接触的人群以及他们之间的相互交
往活动(支持性的活动)组成。祖辈在教养幼儿过程中所获取的社会支持能提高
祖辈教养幼儿的水平,影响祖辈的教养行为,进而对幼儿的发展起作用。
本研究以河南省周口市 3 所幼儿园的 350 名幼儿的祖辈家长为研究对象,通
过问卷调查法与访谈法的结合,对祖辈的社会支持现状进行分析研究,旨在揭示
祖辈现有的社会支持系统的构成和特点,以及祖辈获取社会支持的影响因素和祖
辈面临的困难和需求。研究结果显示:(1)3-6 岁幼儿的主要祖辈教养人社会
支持网络较小,主要以 1-2 个人为主,社会支持的提供者主要是自己的亲属、朋
友等与他们密切接触的人群,他们的社会支持网路有待扩展。(2)3-6 岁幼儿
的主要祖辈教养人获取的社会支持是以家庭支持为核心、亲属和朋友关系为纽带
的非正式社会支持为主,正式的社会支持系统提供的帮助和支持较少,因此,他
们从正式机构获得的社会支持和帮助非常有限。(3)3-6 岁幼儿的主要祖辈教
养人所获得的各种社会支持(包括工具性支持、信息支持和情感支持)是以家庭
内部和个人支持为主,社会支持的提供者依次为配偶——其他家人——亲戚——
朋友——同事,这种支持虽然灵活有针对性,但缺乏组织性,难以整合成有效地
社会资源。(4)3-6 岁幼儿的祖辈主要教养人对于相关机构提供的社会支持利
用性不够,一方面说明祖辈家长缺乏向外界获取的精神,另一方面也反映出祖辈
所能获取的社会支持的资源匮乏。(5)祖辈在教养幼儿过程中获得较少的社会
支持,主要是由于社会支持系统的不完善,而祖辈自身的因素也是影响他们获得
较少社会支持的原因。
根据研究结果,建议为 3-6 岁幼儿的祖辈教养人构建相对完善的社会支持系
统,即强化正式社会支持系统的功能和进一步完善非正式社会支持系统,以促进
祖辈和幼儿获得更好的发展。

ABSTRACT

Grandparents social support are defined as the behavior of help and support provided by the
individuals or government of grandparents works to grandparents, which is the
main fosterer of young children, in the process of education for young children. It concentrates on
grandparents, posed of grandparents and people contacting with them and contact
between them(supporting activities). The social support to grandparents in the process of
upbringing young children can improve the level of grandparents rearing children, influence
parenting behavior of grandparents, and thus have an effect on the development of young children.
In this study, we take 350 grandparents of young children in three kindergartens of Zhoukou
City, Henan Province as the research object, through bination of questionnaires and
