摘要
在经济迅速发展的时代,社会对人才的需要更加迫切,要想为不同的领域培养出优
秀的人才,首先就要发觉、培养有不同优势智能的学生,并把他们的优势智能充分开发,
培养出他们独有的能力,培养他们在真实生活中能提出新问题,解决问题,在自属文化
领域中生产有价值的产品或提供有价值的服务的本领。国内外很多专家学者对学生的个
性化发展和智能做了长期的研究。美国哈佛大学教授霍华德·加德纳在其极具影响力的
著作《心智的结构》中提出了多元智能理论,在进行人的智能研究时力图探索不同文化
评价个体的方式、不同个体创造不同产品的方式,以及个体如何以不同的能力为社会文
化服务。加德纳把智能分成八种:语言智能、数理逻辑智能、视觉空间智能、音乐智能、
身体运动智能、人际关系技能、自我认识智能和自然智能。既然人有这么多智能,那么
对人才的培养就应该也是多元化的,国家课程不能满足学生的多种智能发展的需求,在
我国第八次新课程改革中国家提出允许学校进行校本课程开发。大连开发区一中是辽宁
省首批示范性高中,辽宁省模范学校,该校以多元智能理论为基础,让学生通过“国家
课程+校本课程”的课程模式,采用“高考成绩+自主招生成绩”的评价方式,发挥多元
智能的优势,提高升学质量,开设了八大类校本课程,以满足有不同智能优势的学生的
发展。创造良好的满足学生个性化发展的校本课程教育平台,探索出一条促进学生的个
性化发展的特色教育之路,并取得了一些成功的经验。

At economy fast- developing ages, the society is getting more urgent to talented person's
demand, think to train an excellent talented person for different realm, will discover first,
development have the student of different advantage intelligence, and chase their advantage
intelligences full development, develop, they the ability for possessing singly, develop them
can pose a new problem in the true life, solution problem, at from belong to produce a worthy
product or provide the skill of worthy service in cultural characteristic
development of a lot of experts and scholars to the student and intelligence did long-term
study at home and University in the United States teaches Huo China virtuous
add the virtuous Na put forward a diverse intelligence theory in the work 《intelligence of
structure》 that it has influence very much, the dint diagram investigated the way that the way,
different individual of different cultural evaluation individual creates different product while
carrying on the person's intell
