大学生家庭环境、防御方式与适应性的关系研究

摘要
本研究旨在对大学生家庭环境、防御方式与适应性进行探索,并考察三者之间的关
系,进而为大学生的心理健康和良好适应提供依据。
本研究采用家庭环境量表、大学生防御方式问卷和大学生适应量表,对某大学大一
到大四 500 名大学生进行施测。根据数据结果,对于基本人口统计量的特点进行分析,
并对三者之间的两两关系予以考察。根据三者之间的相关性,将相关维度进入结构模型,
通过路径分析得出防御方式中的不成熟防御方式和成熟防御方式可能是家庭环境下亲
密性、成功性、矛盾性及控制性对适应性产生影响的中介变量。
通过研究得出以下结论:
1、家庭环境的因子在不同性别、年级、年龄、专业、家庭来源地、独生子女、家
庭月收入、父母间的关系以及家庭教养方式上存在显著性差异,其中亲密度、矛盾性、
成功性、娱乐性和控制性表现突出。
2、防御方式中成熟防御方式和不成熟防御方式在不同性别、年级、年龄、家庭来
源地、家庭月收入、父母间的关系以及家庭教养方式上存在显著性差异。
3、适应性在年龄、专业、年级、家庭来源地、独生子女和家庭月收入上存在显著
差异,而家庭教养方式和父母之间的关系没有显著差异。
4、大学生家庭环境与防御方式和适应性存在相关。其中防御方式以成熟防御方式
和不成熟防御方式的相关显著为主。适应性受家庭环境中亲密度、矛盾性、娱乐性、成
功性和控制性影响较大。
5、通过路径分析,家庭环境量表下的亲密度、矛盾性、成功性和控制性维度对于
适应性有直接影响,其中成功性和控制性影响最大。防御方式中成熟防御方式对于适应
性有正向作用,而不成熟防御方式对于适应性有负向作用;亲密度、矛盾性、成功性和
控制性通过防御方式间接作用于适应性中的人际关系适应、学习适应、校园生活适应、
择业适应、情绪适应和自我适应。

Abstract
The research aims to study the relationship among the family environment, defensive
style and adaptability in the university. So the result can provide some useful information to
the college students’ psychological health and their better adaptability.
The tools of this research are the family environment scale, the defensive style
questionnaire and the China college student adjustment scale. By making 500 students from
freshmen to the graduated students do these three questionnaires, we can use the data to
analysis how the fundamental characteristics express on the different family environment,
defensive style and adaptability, meanwhile to show their relationships among the three
variables. According to their relationship ratios, make the interrelated factors enter the
structural model, we can see, the immature and mature defensive style would be the medium
variables between the factors, such as cohesion, achievement orientation, conflict and control,
and adaptability.
From the study, the following conclusions can be show
