摘要:本研究设计了一个“定向转育方案”转育复等位基因雄性不育系,以解决杂种生产难
题。以复等位基因遗传的小白菜核基因雄性不育系‘00S107’为不育源,采用回交转育的方
法向早熟菜心自交系‘06-1'中转育核不育基因,育成了不育株率和不育度均为 100%的菜
心核基因雄性不育系。利用‘GMS204' 配制杂交组合通过品种比较试验筛选出 3 个强优势
组合。

Abstract: To produce hybrid seeds of Flowering Chinese cabbage, a "directional transfer program"
was designed to breed the multiple-allele male sterile line of Flowering Chinese cabbage. A
multiple-allele inheritance male-sterile line of Pakchoi (‘00S107’) was used as a source of male sterility,
and a recurrent backcrossing method was employed to transfer the male-sterile genes from ‘00S107’ to
a self-line of flowering Chinese cabbage (‘06-1’). This led to a new ic line of flowering Chinese
cabbage with 100% male-sterility made up entirely of males. This new line was applied to develop
binations, and four binations were selected..
