中等职业学校艺术教育问题与对策研究

社会的进步和发展,对中等职业学校培养人才的要求不断提高,不仅要满足
国家发展的需要,职业教育发展的需要,更要满足企业的发展要求,企业在关注
技能培养的同时,重视学生素质的趋势越来越明显,艺术教育在提升学生人文素
养和艺术能力方面有着不可替代的作用。因此,目前“以技能衡量一切”的中等
职业教育现状亟待改变。
目前中等职业学校艺术教育的问题突出,本文通过对广东省近 70 所中等职
业学校艺术教育教学理念、艺术教育管理措施以及相关政策落实等方面问题调
查,揭示了当前中等职业学校艺术教育存在的问题,主要包括:对国家颁布的艺
术教育政策的执行力度不够;“应试教育”思想影响艺术教育开展;学校管理体
系和执行体系出现问题;对评估体系的支持、监督保障力度不够;以及社会、学
校、家庭的艺术教育相互“脱节”等问题。同时本文对现实问题进行了深度分析,
给出了相应改善的对策,并尝试构建理想中等职业学校艺术教育模式和措施,以
期为促进广东省乃至全国中等职业学校艺术教育的和谐、可持续发展尽微薄之
力。
论文的绪论部分主要阐明本课题选题缘由,介绍了当前国内外的研究现状,
并详细说明了本课题调查研究的方法与思路及艺术教育的意义和内涵。论文的第
一章至第四章是本论文的核心部分,从问题入手,深度分析问题原因,提出了解
决问题的策略,并大胆提出了构想。
以中等职业学校艺术教育为切入点,促进中等职业学校学生全面、和谐、可
持续发展,对于培养二十一世纪高素质技能人才具有重要意义。同时在提高中等
职业教育品质,提升中等职业教育吸引力方面具有积极的作用。

Abstract
Social progress and development, personnel training in secondary vocational schools is ever
increasing, not only to meet the needs of national development and vocational education
development, but also to meet the development requirements of enterprises, businesses, while
paying attention to skills development, attention to the quality of students trends are ing
evident, the arts education in the humanities enhance the students ability to play an irreplaceable
role. Therefore, it is the "measure of all skills," the status of secondary vocational education must
be changed.
Current arts education in secondary vocational schools highlight the issue, the paper 70 in

education management and policy implementation and other issues related to investigations
