在学校的各种关系中,师生关系是其中最为基本的关系。师生关系是人际关
系的一类,成为影响学校教育教学活动效果的重要因素之一。师生关系从教学过
程的各个环节中体现出来,同时也贯穿于教学过程的始终。因此,师生关系的好
坏,严格关系到学校教育教学质量的优劣。和谐的师生关系,是学生获得知识的
前提与基础,是一所学校正常工作运转的关键所在。
我们国家提出全面构建和谐社会之后,和谐的春风吹遍全国大地。借这股和
谐的春天,中等职业学校师生关系的改革与发展也应走上和谐的快车道,构建起
和谐良好的师生关系。中等职业学校的宗旨是培养高素质的劳动者和初级专门人
才,实现中等职业学校“就业有优势、创业有本领、发展有基础”的特点。通过
调查研究发现,旧的传统型师生关系已不适应当代社会的发展和要求,学习中呼
唤新型的和谐师生关系的构建。本文从分析当前中等职业学校师生关系现状入
手,然后进行原因剖析,最终探究如何构建中等职业学校和谐师生关系。文章中,
还论述了构建中等职业学校和谐师生关系的重要性,同时也论述了构建和谐师生
关系的原则。最终,笔者提出六条具体构建策略,为中等职业学校和谐师生关系
的构建提供了一定的理论参考。改革势在必行,中等职业学校应该重视师生关系
的改革与创新,进而培养出符合社会要求的劳动者和技术人才。

ABSTRACT
During various relationships in school, teacher-student relationship is one of the
most basic relations. Teacher-student relationship is one kind of human relations,
which can affect the education and teaching activities, Teacher-student relationship
reflected in every link of the teaching process , throughout the teaching process from
beginning to end meanwhile .Therefore, the teacher-student relationship is good or
bad, related to education quality and teaching quality in schools strictly. Harmonious
teacher-student relationship, it is the premise and foundation to obtain knowledge for
students, and the key to be on normal operation for a school.
After putting forward to construct the harmonious society, harmonious spring
breeze searched on the earth of China. To borrow this harmonious spring, reform and
development of the teacher-student relationship of secondary vocational school also
should be on the harmonious of the fast lane, to construct the harmonious good
relationship between teachers and students. Secondary vocational school's aim is to
cultivate the high-quality laborer and primary specialists, to realize secondary
vocational schools "employment has the advantage, business have skill, development
