摘要:滚动轴承振动信号具有非平稳性,固故障特征信号常被强噪声信号淹没而无法准确获
取。而利用传统的振动信号检测方法不能精确地,少干扰的对滚动轴承进行故障判断。考虑
到故障诊断的关键是从振动信号中提取能反映轴承运行状态的故障特征,本文通过小波包变
换对振动信号微弱特征进行提取,并结合阈值法对滚动轴承振动信号进行去噪处理。通过
matlab 仿真证明,该方法的正确性并能有效的去除信号中的干扰信号。

Abstract: Rolling bearing vibration signals are non-stationary, fault characteristic signal often
submerged by strong noise signal and unable to accurately the use of the vibration
signals of the traditional detection methods can not accurately, less interference of rolling bearing
fault the key fault diagnosis is extracted from vibration signals can reflect
the running state of the bearing fault characteristic signal..In this paper, through wavelet packet
transform to extract weak vibration signal characteristics, bining the threshold method to
deal with the noise of rolling bearing vibration the matlab simulation proved that
this method is correct and can effectively remove the interference signal in the signal.)
