摘要:禽白血病是影响家禽业的重大疾病之一,但是对于鉴定该病尤其是 J 亚群仍需要一个
更加快速、准确的方法。本文通过拔取 91 只鸡的无髓羽毛后提取 DNA,进行聚合酶链式反
应(PCR)来鉴定鸡是否感染禽白血病 J 亚群病毒。通过和酶联免疫反应实验以及直接用抽
取的全血提取的 DNA 进行 PCR 检测,来比较该方法的准确性。结果表明,用不含羽髓的羽
毛提取的 DNA 在纯度和浓度上符合基本实验要求,可用于一般 PCR 实验。ELISA 阳性检
出率为 %,用血液 DNA 的阳性检出率为 %,使用羽毛 DNA 的阳性检出率为
%,并且这三者之间不存在差异显著。因此,利用不含有羽髓的羽毛也可以鉴定鸡是
否感染禽白血病 J 亚群病毒,而且是一个方便、快速、准确的鉴定方法。

Abstract: Avian leukosis is one of the major diseases affecting the poultry industry, but to detect
the virus, especially subgroup J, still need a more rapid and accurate method. In our research, we
use non-pulp feather to extract DNA and to detect if the chicken is infected with avian leukosis
subgroup J virus by polymerase chain reaction. pare the accuracy of this method, enzyme
linked immunosorbent assay and polymerase chain reaction, in which the template is the DNA
