生活自理能力就是幼儿有初步照料自己生活的能力,学会自己的事情自己做,它是
一个人应该具备的最基本的生活技能。3-5 岁是幼儿生活自理能力发展的关键时期,其
内容主要包括愉快地进餐,正确使用勺子和筷子,饭后擦嘴;按次序穿脱衣服和鞋袜,
会系鞋带和整理床铺;会正确洗手、洗脸、刷牙,保持仪表整洁等。生活自理能力与幼
儿的健康、认知、个性有密切关系,它的培养与提高也有助于幼儿独立性发展,从而使
幼儿不断适应环境、适应生活。
本研究主要采用问卷调查法,选取保定市六所幼儿园的 110 名幼儿作为被试,向其
家长发放问卷。笔者在编制、回收问卷的基础上对调查结果进行统计分析,了解幼儿生
活自理能力的现状水平,并对其不同影响因素作简要的分析,得出结论、提出对策与建
议。
本文共分为四章:第一章绪论,论述了该研究的目的意义、国内外相关研究成果综
述以及研究的创新点和重难点;第二章是幼儿生活自理能力的概述,首先对相关概念作
简要界定,并且对幼儿生活自理能力的特点、发展状况以及具体内容、要求等进行阐述;
第三章研究过程,简要论述被试的选择、问卷编制过程和对调查结果的分析与统计;第
四章是在调查后得出的对策与建议,包括注重性别差异;尊重年龄差异;注意个体差异;
幼儿园及家庭中培养方法与途径的运用;家园共育六个方面。

Abstract
The self-care ability is that the little children have the primary ability to live. They
should learn to do something for themselves. It’s the most important period of development
during 3-5 years old. It mainly includes having meals happily, using the spoons and
chopsticks correctly, wiping his mouth after meals, dressing himself, tying and tidying up the
bed, washing and brushing teeth and so on. The self-care ability is closely related to the
children’s health, cognitive and personality. The cultivation and improvement of it can
contribute to the independence of the children, and then it can make the children to adapt to
the environment and life.
This study is main
