火电企业社会责任评价指标体系及模型研究

摘要
经济全球化与企业管理国际化的背景下,具有社会责任感是决定企业能否在
全球化运作中取得成功的决定性因素之一,研究企业社会责任已经成为企业必然
的发展方向。随着电力企业的改革和发展,评价研究其社会责任对于完善和发展
企业社会责任的理论和建设和谐社会具有重要意义。因此本文设计了一套火电企
业社会责任指标评价体系,并构建了评价模型,目的是通过运用这一指标体系和
评价模型来对火电企业履行社会责任的状况进行评价和监督,引导火电企业以更
加正确的理念、更加积极的态度和更加有效的方式来履行社会责任。
本文首先,概述了国内外学者对企业社会责任的相关研究成果,阐述了企业
社会责任理论、和谐理论和系统理论。其次,分析了火电企业的特点和履行社会
责任的情况,并从两个角度分类研究了火电企业社会责任内容。再次,在目的性、
可操作性、相对完整性和可比性原则指导下,从经济责任、环境责任、法律责任
和道德责任四个方面设计了一个较为科学和完整的火电企业社会责任评价指标
体系。最后,运用向量相识度法确定指标权重,构建经济责任和谐度、环境责任
和谐度、法律责任和谐度、道德责任和谐度和系统和谐度计算模型。同时选取五
大发电集团中的五个上市公司进行实证分析,并进行综合排名,发现社会责任履
行最好的企业,其经济、法律、环境和道德四方面的责任协调履行的最好,而只
注重一方面责任履行的企业,其综合排名较靠后。

Abstract
In the context of Economic Globalization and international business management,
social responsibility is one of the decisive factors to ess in globalization,so study
corporate social responsibility(CSR). With the reform and development of electric power
enterprises, evaluation CSR is important to improve and develop social responsibility
theory and build a harmonious society. This article has designed a evaluation system on
thermal power enterprises and constructed an evaluation model, in order to evaluate and
monitor thermal power enterprises to fulfill CSR and guide thermal power enterprises to
fulfill their social responsibilities with a more correct idea, a more positive attitude and a
more effective way.
In this paper, first , it summarizes research results of domestic and foreign scholars on
corporate social responsibility and elaborates theoryies about CSR, harmony and systems.
Second, it analyzes the characteristics of thermal power enterprises and how does thermal
power enterprises fulfill theirs social responsibility, and studies the conctent of thermal
power enterprises’s social responsibility from two angles. Again,with the guide of
