摘要
企业履行社会责任已上升为世界一流跨国公司核心竞争力的重要组成部分,成为大型公司继质量竞争、价格竞争之后新一轮国际竞争的重要内容。在越来越多的国家、企业和公众重视“企业社会责任”和经济全球化的背景下, 电力企业A开始意识到企业认真履行社会责任,必须成为公司可持续发展的一项重要管理任务。电力企业A作为具有相当代表性的企业,它的强大影响力以及不断增加的经济效益都使企业的利益相关方对其有着更高的期望。但是,受内部因素和外部环境的影响,国内很多企业在履行社会责任方面的表现仍不尽如人意,也缺乏一种量化企业履行社会责任能力的机制。电力企业A同样面临这一问题,面对快速发展的企业生长环境,结合社会责任的理论和实证研究,从企业组织绩效的角度来评价电力企业A履行社会责任的绩效显得尤为重要。
本文在社会责任评价指标体系构建原则指导下,选取电力企业A作为研究对象,从股东、员工、消费者、环境、社区和其他利益相关方等方面设计了企业社会责任评价指标体系,来反映电力企业A履行社会责任所包含的主要内容,利用层次分析法计算出二级子目标和总目标层间的最终权重大小关系;最后利用模糊综合评价法计算出电力企业A履行社会责任的区间。本文旨在通过对相关数据的总结、分析与研究,设计出电力企业A社会责任的评价指标体系,以此来帮助企业评价其履行企业社会责任的情况,并寄希望能够作为企业加强社会责任绩效评估的参考。

Abstract
Corporate social responsibility is a vital factor of petitiveness for being a pany in the world. An important international symbol of being a pany beside of quality and petitiveness. Company A realized that corporate social responsibility should be an important management task of the sustainable development process at the circumstance of corporate social responsibility and economy attention for more and more country, corporate and public. Company A as an pany has more responsibility expectations to related party for it’s strong influence and increasing economic efficiency. However, for the impact of internal factor and external environment, many domestic corporate performs not good at the aspect of social responsibility which is lack of the system of quantitative corporate social responsibility ability. Company A’s social responsibility fulfillment is a must from the view of anizational performance. Company A also has the problem which is facing the environment of fast development bination between social responsibility theory and empirical research.
The article is under the principle of social responsibility evaluation system. Company A is being chose for the study example to design social responsibility evaluation index system from shareholder, employee, consumer, environment, commun
