摘要

本文主要对专利信息分析方法在企业新产品研发中的应用进行研究,以我国汽车行
业为例对专利信息分析方法的应用进行分析,并以比亚迪和奇瑞这两个我国自主汽车品
牌分别进行专利信息分析。把专利信息分析方法应用到企业的日常生产研发中,站在竞
争对手的肩膀上为企业的新产品研发提供服务,不但可以提高研发效率,减少研发资源
的浪费,更重要的是可以为企业的专利技术进步带来巨大的帮助。论文主要内容是:首
先,交代本文的研究背景和意义,论述国内外专利信息分析方法在企业新产品研发中应
用的研究现状,阐述本文的主要研究内容和研究方法,以及研究成果和创新点。其次,
阐述专利信息分析方法,分别对定量分析和定性分析两种专利信息分析方法进行论述。
论述专利信息分析方法在新产品研发中的作用,主要有确定竞争对手、分析竞争对手的
实力及发展策略、分析竞争对手的新产品市场及预测其市场策略、提供技术支持等作用。
再次,对专利信息分析在企业新产品研发中应用方式提出认识,分别为建立企业专利专
题数据库、制定新产品研发方案、配备专利工程师协助新产品研发工作,并以我国汽车
行业为例对专利信息分析方法在企业中的实际应用分别进行分析,论述专利信息分析的
结果为企业新产品研发带来的帮助。最后,分别以比亚迪公司和奇瑞公司作为典型案例
对我国自主汽车品牌企业进行专利信息分析,通过专利信息分析的结果明确企业未来新
产品研发的方向,论述专利信息分析方法在比亚迪和奇瑞新产品研发过程中的应用状
况。

Abstract

This paper focuses on patent information analysis in new product R&D application of
research,as an example of China's automobile industry to analysis the application of patent
information analysis methods,both BYD Auto and Chery are China's own brand of two
separate to carry on patent information information analysis methods applied
to the daily production of research and development pany, standing on the shoulders of
petitors of new products for provide services of R&D,not only improve
efficiency,reduce resource of R&D,more importantly,help the enterprise tremendous
technological main contents are: First, explain the background and significance
of this article,discuss the domestic and foreign patent information analysis in new product
R&D application of enterprise,explain the main research contents and methods,and the results
of this research and innovation ,describe the patent information analysis
methods,respectively, discuss the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the two patent
information analysis the functions of Patent information analysis methods
in the new product R&D,mainly deter
