内蒙古地区在 2009 年开始进入课改行列,新课程改革使课程结构发
生了许多重大的变化,在形式上,要求各学校根据自己学生的实际学习
情况灵活实施,授课方式和内容上要求教师必须坚持“一切为了学生”。
然而,一些学校只追求升学率,教师教学方法不得当,致使学生的
创新能力和实践能力得不到发展;无法积极主动的全面发展。因此,对
于高中数学学科教学来说,要全面提高教学质量,就必须大刀阔斧的进
行改革,分层教学势在必行。为适应素质教育的要求,优化高中数学教
学,解决由传统的高中数学教学带来的诸多问题。
本论文对高中数学分层教学进行理论研究并进行实验验证,主要探
寻高中数学分层教学的理论基础以及应采取的策略。本论文共分七部分:
第一部分绪言,介绍了问题提出的背景、高中数学分层教学研究的意义、
研究方法;第二部分系统研究了国内外关于分层教学的研究与发展状况;
第三部分论述了高中数学分层教学的理论基础;第四部分从“以人为本”
等方面系统阐述了素质教育下高中数学分层教学模式的实践;第五部分
列举了高中数学分层教学实例;第六部分详细阐述了数学分层教学实践
的成果与反思,最后对分层教学实验所取得的成效及存在的问题提出了
自己的建议。
本文主要采用了问卷调查法和访谈调查法,对学生的数学学习情况
和分层教学的实施情况进行了统计调查和分析。

Abstract
Starting in 2009 from Inner Mongolia into curriculum reform,
curriculum reform curriculum structure has undergone many significant

mathematics for theoretical study and experimental validation, mainly
exploring the theoretical basis of stratified teaching of high school
mathematics, as well as policies that should be taken. This papers total

problem made of background, and high school mathematics tiered
teaching research of meaning, an
