社区卫生服务是社区建设的重要组成部分,是城市公共卫生和基本医疗服务体系的基础,是人人享有初级卫生保健的基本途径,因此受到政府和居民越来越广泛的关注。
本论文首先界定了社区卫生服务相关概念,社区卫生服务的内容和特点,以及社区卫生服务发展的作用和意义。在对阿克苏市塔西南社区的调查的基础上,分析了该社区卫生服务的现状,以及存在的相关法律法规不健全、配套机制不成熟、工作人员素质偏低、经费来源不足、思想认识存在偏差等亟需解决问题。针对阿克苏塔西南社区实际情况,提出健全社区卫生服务法律法规,完善社区卫生服务各项配套机制,提高服务人员素质,转变社区卫生服务观念,提供多元化的医疗服务等对策,以期为阿克苏社区卫生服务的健康发展和建设提供合理化建议和参考。

Abstract
Community health station is an ponent munity construction contents. It is the city public health and basic medical care system foundation, and the basic way for everyone to enjoy the primary health , the government and citizen take much attention to it.
This article introduces the related concept munity health service firstly, and the content and characters munity health service, the function and meaning munity health service. The development of the AKeSuShi south-munity in the basis of the investigation. This paper analyzes the present situation munity health services, and we should solve the problem of the existing the imperfect relevant laws and regulations, immature supporting mechanism, the low of the staff's quality, the sources of funds shortage, the deviation of the chief's ideological recognition, etc. According to the actual situation of the akesu south-munity, I propose some rationalization proposal and reference to develop munity health services of the aksu and construction. Some countermeasures are perfecting the laws and regulations of munity health service, improving munity health service mechanism, improving the service quality of the staff, the transformation munity health service concepts.
