随着嘉兴市城市化急速发展,人民对生活质量的要求日益提高,农业发展面临着结构调整和功能转变的巨大压力。为了加快和保障嘉兴市现代都市农业健康发展,本文在已有研究成果基础上对嘉兴现代都市农业发展进行了比较深入的系统的研究和思考。首先本文介绍嘉兴地区现代都市农业背景和现状,揭示现代都市农业是嘉兴传统农业的优化和改革的最佳途径。其次阐述嘉兴现代都市农业在具体实践中存在的问题,包括缺乏特色,土地征用矛盾和现代都市农业体系不完善。最后本文遵循经济学理念,有针对地提出嘉兴地区在发展现代都市农业方面的对策,主要有打造精品农业,推进农业科技创新,建立健全现代农业服务体系,遵循可持续发展原则等对策。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of Jiaxing city, the people of the increasing demand for quality of life, agricultural development is faced with structural adjustment and functional changes in pressure. In order to speed up and protect the health of Jiaxing City, the development of modern urban agriculture, the paper joined in the full research results have been based on agricultural development in the modern city of Jiaxing was more in-depth systematic study and reflection. First, this paper Jiaxing background and status of modern urban agriculture, urban agriculture is revealed in Jiaxing of modern optimization and reform of traditional agriculture plus means the most. Second section describes the modern city of Jiaxing in practice agricultural problems, including lack of features, land acquisition and contradictions of modern urban agriculture system is imperfect. Finally, we follow the philosophy of economics has put forward the Jiaxing area for modern urban agriculture in the development of countermeasures, mainly to create products of agriculture, promote agricultural science and technology, establish and improve the service system of modern agriculture, following the principles of sustainable development measures.
