人力资源作为竞争力的源泉在知识经济时代发挥着越来越重要的作用,企业的竞争就是人才的竞争,如何吸引人才、激励人才、留住人才是企业管理中一个永恒的课题。建立对外具有竞争性,对内具有公正性的薪酬管理体系更是市场经济体制下的企业管理者直面的主要难题。本文通过问卷调查法和重点访谈法调查分析了A公司的薪酬管理现状及问题。数据结果揭示了A企业在薪酬管理中存在的薪酬缺乏激励性、科学性、全面性、公平性和及时性等主要问题,并针对各个问题提出了发挥激励机制作用、优化薪酬管理体系、引入全面薪酬体系、提高薪酬相对公平性和加强薪酬及时概念等相应的解决对策,目的是帮助A企业改善薪酬管理现状,提升企业的绩效水平和整体竞争力。

Abstract
The human resources are playing the more and more vital role as the fountainhead petitive ability in the Knowledge-base economy times. Competition between enterprises petition between talented people. How to attract the talented person, drove the talented person, detains the talented person is an -eternal topic in the business management. petitive and fair salary management system is the main difficult problem which the privately operated enterprises face directly under the market economy system. This article analyses the present situation and problems of A Corporation’s Salary management through the questionnaire and key interviews. Data reveals A Corporation exists in salary incentive that lack of scientific, comprehensive, fairness and timeliness and other major issues in salary management, and puts forward that plays incentive mechanism,optimizes the remuneration management system in view of each question, brings in pensation system, improves the personnel relative fairness and strengthens salary timely concept of the corresponding solution countermeasures in view of each role. The goal is that helps A Corporation to improve the salary management, promote enterprise's achievements level and the petitive ability.
