摘要:供应链及其管理模式在当前企业经营及市场竞争中产生了相当大的作用,而SDN作为供应链的一种创新模式已经在企业中形成了一定的趋势,目前基于SDN战略的企业竞争机制研究已成为我国传统企业构建企业竞争优势的一种有效的途径。本研究通过以SDN为研究理论基础,结合嘉兴皮革的产业特征及企业的发展特点,为企业适应目前市场的一系列变化:变化速度加快;影响因素增多,可控性减弱;竞争激烈程度加剧,机遇多发展困难;需求变化速度加快并呈现多样化趋势等,对企业提高其全球竞争力的方法和机制进行研究。本研究首先通过对SDN战略的发展演化、本质特征进行理论研究,进一步分析SDN战略给企业带来的竞争优势。其次是对嘉兴地区皮革产业的供应链管理模式的现状和嘉兴皮革企业的全球竞争能力进行调研,发现问题。危机面前,所暴露出来的共性问题及问题根源及嘉兴地区的中小企业的竞争优势现状,并通过SDN理论的引入从新的视角思考问题。最后以一个比较典型的嘉兴皮革企业为代表,考察SDN理念在构建企业的产业竞争优势方面的实际作用进而构建SDN管理模式下企业的竞争优势及其竞争机制,为嘉兴皮革企业和其它地区的企业甚至我国企业在经济危机状况下的生存和发展问题提供解决途径。
