文档介绍:分类号S812学校代码10129 U DC 574 学号08204037乌珠穆沁沙质退化草地人工补播调查研究the Study of Reseeding Artificially onthe Sandy Degraded Grassland in WuZhu MuQin申请人:孙树青学科门类:农学学科专业:草业科学研究方向:草地生态与管理指导教师:卫智军教授论文提交日期:二〇一一年五月摘要本试验分别于2009年、2007年在东乌珠穆沁旗和西乌珠穆沁旗沙质退化草地建立人工补播草地改良试验区,并对补播效果进行了观测和研究。东乌珠穆沁旗试验区(Ⅰ)选择沙蒿、羊柴、沙打旺和小叶锦鸡儿进行草地补播,设置沙质退化草地补播、沙质退化草地未补播(ck)、裸沙地补播、风蚀坑补播和裸沙地沙障+补播5试验个处理。西乌珠穆沁旗试验区(Ⅱ)设补播沙地和未补播沙地(ck)2个处理。于2009年6月至2010年10月对各处理的群落结构与特征、群落产量和补播植物越冬率进行了观测,并进行植物样品营养成分分析,同时对土壤化学性状进行了分析,评价了不同处理补播草地改良措施对草地退化改良的效果。试验结果如下:、盖度、密度和植物种类组成。尤其是裸沙地和风蚀坑的补播效果较为明显,使裸地植被覆盖率增加。,使草地植物群落复杂化,提高了草地植物多样性。,单位面积的产草量显著高于未补播草地的产量。整体上看,植物营养成分补播处理区较低。,小叶锦鸡儿的越冬率最高,沙打旺的越冬率最差,但是各补播植物越冬率均达到50%以上。5. 补播处理区土壤营养成分在表层相对沙质退化草地未补播较高,0~10cm、10~20cm土层有机质的含量在补播处理区显著高于沙质退化草地未补播(P<)。20~30cm土层各处理区各种养分无明显变化,还较为贫瘠。关键词:草地改良;人工补播;越冬率;The study of Reseeding Artificially on The Sandy Degraded Grassland in WuZhu MuQinAbstractIn this study, two reseeding plots were chosen for reseeding observation and study which were established in DONGWUZHUMUQINQI in 2009 and XIWUZHUMUQINQI in 2007. The test(Ⅰ) selected Artemisia desterorum, Hedysarum, Astragalus adsurgens and Caragana microphylia for grassland reseeding in DONGWUZHUMUQINQI,and 5 treatments were set respectively as sandy degraded grassland reseeding and non-reseeding (ck), stable sand reseeding, blowout pit reseeding, stable sand-barrier+ treatments as reseeding sand and non-reseeding sand were set in XIWUZHUMUQINQI and both of which observed community structure and characteristics, community production and overwintering reseeding plants, meantime took parts of samples for nutritionaland chemical properties analysis to evaluate the effect of improved grassland degradation on the different treatment reseeding grassland improvement measures.
