摘要

东乌珠穆沁旗在草原生态环境保护方面实施了一系列生态工程的建设,生态保
护工程的信息数据量不断增多,需要建立一个科学的草原生态保护工程信息系统进
行管理。东乌珠穆沁旗草原生态保护工程系统的建立,实现了对草原生态保护和草
原资源的数字化应用,增强了东乌旗草原生态保护工程的合理化,信息化和科学化。
本研究从收集和分析东乌珠穆沁旗草原生态保护工程相关信息入手,综合运用
3S 技术、数据库技术,利用现有的技术成果和经验,建立以东乌珠穆沁旗草原生态
保护工程信息为主体的信息系统,为解决草原如何有效的保护问题,从不同的时空
尺度对草原生态系统进行科学合理的管理和规划,为草原生态保护提供依据。
本系统使用组件式 GIS 开发平台设计。采用 C#面向对象型编程语言,利用 ADO
技术与 SDX+数据引擎,实现对系统空间数据库和属性数据库的关联整合管理,电子
文档、图片、音频数据的存储。系统完成了对大量生态工程信息的可视化管理,利
用基础信息窗口可完成电子地图的基本操作功能;利用遥感影像进行生态工程区域
信息提取,对草场等级进行划分,判别草场植被盖度,分析生态工程实施状况,合
理的进行调整,使草原资源得到有效的利用和保护;通过工程管理界面对草原生态
保护工程的建设状况进行管理与规划设计,利用系统的制图功能进行专题图的制作
输出等;对东乌珠穆沁草原生态环境保护提供技术支持,为草原资源生态保护及合
理开发利用提供依据和方向。
