摘要
针对实际工程填方路基中钢波纹管涵洞受填土荷载的影响,论文结合工程实
践,以实际工程中的钢波纹管作为试验对象,基于室内模拟试验,研究了不同管
径的钢波纹管涵洞在不同荷载(静载)作用下的受力与变形特性、施工工艺与质
量控制技术。主要成果为:
1. 基于与实际路基涵洞埋设条件相似的大型室内模拟试验平台,研究了在
不同填土荷载作用下管径、填土高度等因素变化时钢波纹管涵洞应力-应变变化
规律、涵管周围土压力变化规律、竖直向和水平向相对变形规律。
2. 不同管径钢波纹管涵洞最大应力均出现在涵顶和涵管水平位置,涵顶土
压力与竖直向相对变形均最大,推断出不同管径随填土荷载增加涵管上半结构最
先发生破坏。
3. 填土荷载作用下,相同钢波纹管设计参数的钢波纹管涵洞直径小于 75cm
和大于 75cm 的设计几何参数(钢波纹管的壁厚、波距、波高)应有区别,对高
填土路基工程而言,建议采用动态设计几何参数。
4. 基于试验成果,结合工程实际,提出了钢波纹管涵洞的设计技术建议和
合理的施工工艺与质量控制技术。
论文成果为钢波纹管涵洞的设计与施工技术提供了科学依据,对相关技术规
范的制定与工程应用具有重要的理论意义和指导作用。

Abstract
In the view of the practical engineering, corrugated steel pipe culvert in the fill
subgrade was affected by the fill load, the article considered the corrugated steel pipe
culverts used in practical engineering as the test object. Based on the laboratory
simulation experiments, the force and deformation characteristic, construction
technology and quality control standards of corrugated steel pipe culverts with
different diameters under different loads (static loads) were studied in the article. The
main results were shown as the following:
1. Based on the large indoor simulation experiment platform which was similar
to the practical embankment bury conditions of culvert, the stress-strain change law,
the law of the soil pressure around the culvert and the vertical and horizontal relative
deformation variation were studied when the fill load, the pipe diameter and the
