摘要
基于钢波纹管涵洞在公路工程建设中的发展需要,本文根据实际工程,充分
考虑了公路路基中钢波纹管涵洞的结构特性,采用数值模拟技术,建立了钢波纹
管涵洞模型,研究了钢波纹管涵洞的受力与变形特性及设计与计算方法。主要成
果如下:
(1)管径越小,涵顶土压力越大;内力最大点出现在 1 号点位置(涵顶);
管径越大,竖直向与水平向变形量越大;高填土作用下,管径大于 的钢波
纹管能降低涵顶土压力集中的现象;地基土模量变化时涵顶竖向土压力变化大;
管顶填土高度大于 5m 时可忽略车辆荷载。
(2)对比了数值计算成果与室内模拟试验、现场试验成果,分析了各种试
验方法之间的差异性及数值计算成果的适用性,为试验研究方案的制定与实施提
供了理论依据;
(3)提出了钢波纹管涵洞的设计计算方法以及可供实际工程参考的波纹设
计技术参数,克服了现阶段钢波纹管涵洞单一尺寸用于任何公路工程条件存在的
技术缺限。
本文研究成果一方面弄清了公路路基中钢波纹管涵洞的受力与变形特性,为
结构应用提供了理论依据;另一方面为钢波纹管涵洞的的设计与计算提供了科学
依据,具有重要的工程实际价值。

Abstract
Based on the needs of highway construction used corrugated steel pipe culvert,
according to practical projects, fully considered the structural characteristics of
corrugated steel pipe culvert in the subgrade of highway. Numerical simulation was
been used, models of corrugated steel pipe culvert were set up, force deformation
characteristic and design and calculated method for corrugated steel pipe culvert were
researched. The main results were shown as the following:
(1)When the pipe diameter is smaller, the earth pressure on the culvert crown
is increasing. Number one point (the culvert crown) is the point of the maximum
stresses. When the pipe diameter is bigger, the deformation of vertical and horizontal
directions is increasing. The phenomenon of earth pressure concentration on the
