施工组织优化设计
摘要
设计标段全长11KM,讫止桩号为K40+000-K51+000。路基宽度为27M,路面设计行车道宽
度为2×、中央分割带(含内侧路缘带),硬路肩(含外侧路缘带)。
该合同段路面结构形式如下:
上行车道:上面层4cmAC-16I型密级配沥青混凝土;中面层6cmAC-20I型密级配沥青混凝
土;下面层8cmAC-30I型密级配沥青混凝土,AC-25I型密级配沥青混凝土;基层38cm水泥稳定
碎石;底基层40cm二灰稳定砂砾(碎石),总厚度96cm。
下行车道:上面层4cmAC-16I型密级配沥青混凝土;中面层5cmAC-20I型密级配沥青混凝
土;下面层6cmAC-30I型密级配沥青混凝土,AC-25I型密级配沥青混凝土;基层20cm水泥稳定
碎石;底基层38cm二灰稳定砂砾(碎石),总厚度73cm。
施工方案为:(一)二灰稳定砂砾施工;(二)二灰稳定碎石底基层施工;(三)水泥稳定
级配碎石;(四)沥青混凝土底面层和中面层施工,重点做好目标配合比,生产配合比设计阶
段,生产配合比试验阶段,铺筑实验路段。(五)沥青混凝土路面上面层施工,重点做好碾压
工作,确保路面的平整度。(六)埋设电力、通讯管线极其附属设施;(七)路缘石及沥青混
凝土拦水带的施工。
机械设备的配置和选型,组织机构的优化和管理,路面各结构层的施工方案和工艺,工
程质量的保证措施,安全生产和环境保护措施,提高路面平整度的技术措施等是路面施工技
术的一个指导书。

with a bituminous concrete;Medium noodles layer 6 I cmACs-20s the type is airtight
to go together with a bituminous concrete;Underneath layer 8 I cmACs-30s the type
is airtight to go together with a bituminous concrete, the I AC-25 type is airtight
to go together with a bituminous concrete;The grass-roots 38 cm cement stabilizes
crushed stones;The bottom grass-roots 40 cms two ash stability gravel(crushed stones),
total thickness 96 cms.
