摘要
电子不停车收费系统(Electronic Toll Collection,简称ETC)是智能交通系统(ITS)的主要服务内容之一,是国际上正在努力开发并推广普及的一种用于公路大桥和隧道的电子自动收费系统。它主要是利用安装在路桥收费站车道上的路边单元与安装在车辆上电子标签进行相互无线通信和信息交换,以达到对车辆的自动识别,并自动从该用户的专用帐号中扣除通行费,从而实现电子收费。由于其独特的优点,ETC系统必将在未来的工ITS中发挥举足轻重的作用.
(OBU),进而推动我国整个ETC行业的发展,我采用了由硬件到软件,由核心MCU再扩展到外设电路的设计方法,首先通过调查明确了自己所设计的OBU要达到的性能指标,然后我根据这些指标选择了基于ST71x系列的MCU作为本课题的硬件开发平台,完成的电路系统的总体架构与各个单元模块的设计,经过了软件设计与分析,证明了该系统能够与RSU进行信息交换,该结论对以后OBU的产品化有着重要的意义.

Abstract
ETC(Electronic Toll Collection),as one of the Services of ITS(Intelligent Transport System),is a kind of electronic automatic charge system that is used by high ways,bridges and tunnels. People are trying hard To explore and spread it. It can automatically identify the vehicles and electronic toll by the munication and information exchange between the roadside unit fixed on the roadway and on the bus unit fixed on the vehicle. Because of its advantages,ETC has obtained more attentions and will represent its action to the ITS in the future.
In order to design a vehicle based on the GHz units (OBU), thus promoting China's entire ETC the development of the industry, I used by the hardware to software, from the core MCU further extended to the peripheral circuit design, first of all through his investigation clear OBU designed to achieve the performance targets, and then I choose based on these indicators based on the ST71x series of MCU as the subject of hardware development platforms, plete the circuit system and the overall structure of the various modules of the design, after the software design and analysis To prove that the system can exchange information with the RSU, after the conclusion of the products of the OBU is of important significance.
