文档介绍：重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要摘要以信息技术为主导的第三次科技革命使企业组织所面临的环境发生了深刻变化。企业组织必须通过变革与环境相适应才能求得发展。本文在介绍信息技术所带来的组织变革的国内外研究和实践现状基础上,介绍了当前环境下企业信息化的含义和背景,与企业组织机构的关系和变革的方向, 并介绍了了几种信息化过程中适用的变革模型。通过分析X公司概况和信息化历程,分析了信息技术应用对企业发展的影响,分析讨论了信息化过程中企业存在的问题和企业组织结构的影响因素。通过对企业信息化前的组织结构、特征和管理效能进行分析,提出企业组织变革思路和方案,介绍了变革过程,分析评价了X 公司ERP项目组织变革实施后的组织结构特征和管理效能,总结了成功经验与失败教训。整个研究工作是石油销售企业信息化过程中组织变革的一个实施案例。关键词:信息技术,企业组织,企业组织变革重庆大学硕士学位论文英文摘要 ABSTRACT The tllirdtechnological revolution ledby information technology has caused the profound changes intheenvironment facing anizations can notobtainthedevelopment unlesstheyadapt toenvironment through transformation. On the base of the introduction ofdomestic and foreign researches on anizational transforms arising from information technology and current practical environment,this paper presents thesignification and background ofenterprises’ informationization in current environment and the relationship、斩Ⅱl anizations and transformation direction,and introduces several suitable transformation models in the infommtionization analyzing pany’S profile and theinformationization processes,this paper analyzes the informationtechnology application’s influence on enterprise development,analyzes and discusses the issues in enterprises and the influencing factors of anizational structures intheinformationization thestudies on anizational structure,characteristic and management potency ofenterprises before informationization,this paper mends ideas and solutions for anizationaltransformation,introduces thetransformationprocess,analyzes and appraises anizational structure characteristic andthemanagement potency pany aftertheimplementation of ERP anizational transformation,and summal"izes essful experience and lessons researchwork is allimplementation case anizational transformation ofpetroleum saleenterprises’ informationizationprocess.
