摘要建筑业的蓬勃发展,带动了工程造价管理行业的发展。工程造价专业人员良好的综合素质是造价行业持续快速发展的基础和核心。制定和优化工程造价专业培养模式,培养符合国家和市场需求的工程造价专业人才,是目前需要我们深入研究的课题。本文通过对培养目标和培养规格的重新定位,以课程体系和教学模式改革为突破口,对传统的人才培养模式进行优化。 1)通过对国家相关政策的深入研究和对市场需求的广泛调研,明确了工程造价专业的培养目标,即培养满足国家和市场需求的创新型人才; 2)以创新教育理论、高等教育的大众化理论、建构主义理论、学历教育与执业教育为理论基础,通过调研获取毕业生主要工作岗位及典型工作任务,解析典型工作任务所需知识、能力和素质,经细化集成形成课程,选取课程形成工程造价专业课程体系; 3)为突出工程造价专业创新能力的培养,设置了专门的“创新教育”课程模块,及“在创新活动中培育创新人才”的实践教学模块,包括竞赛、科研实践、社会体育文化活动,并设立了相应的创新实践学分;形成了工程造价专业创新型人才培养教育体系; 4)提出了“1+2+1以人为本”的人才培养模式; 5)确定了工程造价专业的主干学科,即经济学、管理学、建筑技术、工程计价与造价管理、法律、创造学; 6)为使新的培养体系正常运行,提出了诸项保障措施,包括教学条件、创新教学模式、组织管理模式、培养系统运行规则等。针对工程造价专业,今后还可开展“卓越工程师”培养计划,进一步落实拔尖创新人才的培养;采用联合培养、交换生项目、海外实习等方式加速人才培养的国际化进程;学分制和选课制有待加强和完善;进一步改革考试制度和学生评价体系;将创新教育融入专业教育的每一个环节,尚需进一步探索和实践。关键词:人才培养模式; 创新型人才; 创新能力; 课程体系; 实践教学; 创新活动 i
Abstract The flourishing of the construction industry plays a leading role in the development of the engineering cost management industry. Project cost professionals’ good overall quality is the basis and the core of the sustained and rapid development in engineering cost industry. The establishment and perfection of the engineering cost training mode and training of the engineering cost professions who are adapted to the requirements of the nation and market is the subject needed to be further researched.
