提要
本文从经济增长阶段理论切入,重点对人力资本积累的五个阶段的划分进行
了研究,提出了与经济增长阶段相对应的人力资本积累五个阶段的划分依据,重
新审视了人力资本形成的途径,揭示了科学研究与技术创新在人力资本积累中的
关键作用,进而对经济增长阶段与人力资本积累阶段之间的关联性进行考察,提
出关于二者之间关系的关联机制假设,初步构建起经济增长阶段与人力资本积累
阶段的关联机制模型,并对这一模型假设进行了实证分析,得出经济增长阶段与
人力资本积累阶段有着密切的关联机制结论。
本文采用了规范分析和实证分析相结合的方法,以及文献研究方法和归纳演
绎方法,来研究经济增长阶段与人力资本积累阶段。只是在对我国西部地区进行
实证分析时,才采用了部分统计数据,以及运用数理统计的方法和建立模型进行
了分析。
研究方法的借鉴。
本文有以下新的见解:一是根据经济增长阶段与人力资本积累阶段关联机制
的理论假设,提出了人力资本积累的五个阶段,以及划分这五个阶段的标准和依
据;二是明确提出作为知识创新的科学研究活动与作为知识应用的技术创新活动
是人力资本形成的最重要的途径;三是指出科学的发展和技术的进步,既是人力
资本积累阶段变迁的根本动力,也是人力资本积累阶段更替的主要标志,提出了
科技与教育双轮驱动的人力资本积累阶段理论。

Abstract
This paper proceeds from the theory of stages in economic growth and provides
basis for identifying five stages in human capital accumulation in accordance with
stages in economic growth. It reviews means of human capital formation and reveals
the key role of scientific research and technological innovation in human capital
accumulation. It also examines the correlation between stages in economic and
growth and stages in human capital accumulation, proposes assumptions for their
correlation mechanism, and preliminarily establishes a model for the mechanism. An
empirical analysis is made and it is concluded that there is a close correlation between
stages in economic growth and stages in human capital accumulation.
This paper mainly involves the ways of canonical bining with empirical
analysis, document research、induction and deduction are also used in it. The aim is to
research the levels of the economic growth and the capital accumulation. It partly
resorts statistical data only in empirical analysis of Western China. The ways of
mathematical satistics and model building
