高校贫困生人际交往能力调查研究——以H大学为例

摘要
人际交往是大学生学习、生活中一项很重要的活动,它是大学生成长成材的重要条
件。大学生正处在心理发育的重要时期,对于他们来说,经济条件是否有保障直接影响
到他们的人际交往的顺利进行。随着我国高校规模不断扩大,贫困大学生这个特殊的群
体开始受到越来越多的人的关注,我国教育界关于贫困大学生问题的研究大多注重于贫
困生资助体系的研究,对他们的人际交往问题的研究相对较少。2004 年“马加爵事件”
发生以后,人们开始意识到贫困生的心理健康问题已经成为一个不容忽视的社会问题,
部分贫困生面对经济贫困的现实,由于心理的自卑,缺乏承受挫折的忍耐力和克服困难
的意志力,从心理上采取了逃避、退缩的应对方式。他们当中一部分人很少与同学交流,
不常参加集体活动,消极地对待人生,强烈的自尊心也可能使他们产生对整个社会的敌
对态度,造成抑郁孤僻的心理。因此,我们可以看出,经济上的贫困并不可怕,但因贫
困而加深性格缺失和人际交往缺失引发的后果则比较严重。
本文主要采取质的研究方法,通过抽取 H 大学 3 名贫困大学生作为研究对象,探讨
了他们在人际交往方面遇到的种种问题。本研究注重的是对多重现实的探究和建构过
程,强调对现象进行细致的描述,目的是对贫困生大学生人际交往能力做一个深入其内
心的人性化调查,希望能够体现的是对这些学生的人文关怀。通过对访谈资料进行编码、
归类与分析,得出了如下结论:(1)贫困生人际交往范围狭窄(2)贫困生人际交往的
主动性不强(3)贫困生人际交往功利性强

Abstract
munication is a very important activity in the college except learning
and living. It is an important condition for the growth of college students. Students are at an
important period of psychological development, for them, economic conditions have a
direct impact on protection of their smooth munication. As the universities
of our country have been expanding, more and more people began to concern this special
group of poor college students.,the academic circle of our country research their interpersonal
problems of relatively less than the research of funding them. In 2004,after the “Majiajue
incident” occurred, people began to realize that mentao health problems of poor students has
e a social problem and can not be ignored. Some poor students in the face of economic
realities of poverty, low self-esteem as the heart, the lack of patience and bear the
frustration of the will power to e difficulties, to escape from the psychological,
coping style retreat. Very few of them part of munication with the students, do not
often participate in group activities, passive towards life, a strong self-esteem so that they
may have a hostile attit
