河北工业大学硕士学位论文京津冀人力资本与区域科技创新能力关系研究摘要人力资本在社会经济发展中起到了重要的支柱作用,而科技创新能力反映了经济社会的发展潜力,是一个国家或区域竞争力的决定性因素。人力资本是区域科技创新能力的重要要素资源之一,没有人力资本的投入就不会有科技的出现与发展。随着社会经济的不断发展,人们越来越重视通过人力资本的积累来促进科技的进步和科技创新能力的提高,从而加快社会经济的增长速度。目前,学术界对人力资本与科技创新能力相关理论与6>方法的专项研究成果已经非常丰富,具有较高的成熟度。本文重点研究人力资本与科技创新能力的相互关系5>及其对京津冀经济增长的影响,主要研究内容为: (1)以1997-2009年《中国统计年鉴》和《全国科技经费投入统计公报》为数据来源,对京津冀的人力资本存量、专利授权数和R&D经费投入等进行描述性数据分析,明晰了人力资本在区域科技创新能力中的作用,包括传导作用、自主创新作用与知识吸收作用。(2)基于人力资本与科技创新能力理论,采用协整、格兰杰因果检验等实证分析方法,深入研究了京津冀人力资本对科技创新能力作用。研究结果表明,人力资本存量与区域科技创新能力是正向相关,人力资本的积累是提高京津冀地区科技创新能力的动力和源泉;受教育程度在中学及以上的人力资本可以有效的利用R&D经费,从而促进区域科技创新能力的提高。(3)根据数据分析与实证研究结果,针对京津冀三地不同情况提出相关政策建议。关键词:人力资本,科技创新能力,京津冀,格兰杰因果检验 i
