企业危机管理预警指标体系的研究

摘要
年世界经济危机的爆发,导致无数的企业倒闭破产,使世界范围内许
多国家至今仍未摆脱经济衰退的局面。本文放眼于中国企业成长的历史进程,
就导致企业发生危机的原因做了广泛深入的调查与研究,试图从根本上揭开中
国企业倒闭的谜团。本文基于对该问题的研究,对企业危机管理预警指标体系
进行深入细致的分析,以寻找企业发生危机的根源,对企业危机进行事前的预
警,为企业的发展保驾护航。
本文主要分为六个章节:
第一章,对国内外企业危机管理预警现状进行分析提出了企业危机管理预
警指标体系研究的重要性,研究的内容与方法。
第二章,介绍了企业危机管理理论与企业危机预警管理,并对产生企业危
机的因素进行分析。
第三章,介绍企业危机管理预警指标体系所遵循的原则与方法。
第四章,运用多元统计分析法进行企业危机管理预警指标体系的构建与评
价。
第五章,是实证部分。本文选用巨人集团和巨人网络集团有限公司为实例,
采用多元统计分析方法对其财务指标进行比较分析,找出导致其兴衰的原因。
第六章,研究结论与展望。
本文的创新之处:从纵向、横向两方面分析企业危机诱因,并以此为据构
建企业运营各主要环节的危机管理预警指标体系;综合使用多元统计分析方法,
寻找出导致企业发生危机的因素。

Abstract
Uncountable enterprises went to bankruptcy as a result of The World Crisis Of 2008,and many
countries are still in a plight of economic recession all over the world. This article takes the history
of Chinese enterprises’ developing in view, and does a deep survey and research on the question to
find the mystery that can lead enterprise to crisis fundamentally. So we are based on the research of
this question and do some work of warning indicators on corporate crisis management system to
find the deep roots of business failure to warn and panies before ing of crisis.
There are six chapters in the article as follows:
We do an analysis on the existing circumstances of early warning of corporate crisis
management, and raise the important of research the warning indicators of corporate crisis
management, also the content and method of research are referred in chapter one.
In chapter two, the theory of corporate crisis management and the early warning of corporate
crisis are introduced, and do an analysis on the factors which can lead on corporate.
This article introduces the principles and methods of the early warning indicators of corporate
crisis management in chapter three.
And in the fourth chapter, the method of multivariate statist
