CBD金融集聚研究——以北京CBD金融集聚为例

摘要
进入 21 世纪以来,世界经济格局的发生了新变化,国际服务业出现了转移,低
碳经济的提出和应用,以及全球性的金融危机,这些变化都要求金融结构的重组。世
界各大城市都加快了 CBD 金融集聚的步伐,我国也逐步认识到 CBD 金融集聚的重要性,
目前已经有 40 多个城市和区域提出了建设 CBD 金融中心的规划,以北京为例,也提
出了建设“一主一副三新四后台”的九大金融功能服务区。
我国 CBD 金融集聚方面虽然已经取得一些成绩,尤其是在上海、北京等城市,已
经具有一定数量的金融机构集聚在 CBD,但是 CBD 金融集聚的辐射规模、要素市场的
发展,以及对世界的影响力方面都与国外著名 CBD 存在着很大差距。具体什么样的城
市可以形成 CBD 金融集聚,怎样才能促进 CBD 金融集聚,这些理论方面还有待完善。
本文试图以金融集聚理论为基础,结合国内外 CBD 金融集聚的现状和经验,分析
CBD 金融集聚的成长动因,对 CBD 金融集聚进行分类分析,以及风险的分析和规避,
并以北京 CBD 金融集聚为例,试图为我国 CBD 金融集聚提出可行的建议,并具体分析
了政府在 CBD 金融集聚过程中应发挥的作用,对我国 CBD 金融集聚具有一定的参考意
义。

Abstract
As ing of 21 century, a lot of new changes have taken place in the word
economics, such as the shift of the mordern service industry, the introduction and
application of low-carbon economy as well as the global financial crisis, which all require
the anization of financial structures. The big cities in the world have accelerated the
pace of CBD financial agglomeration, and China e to realize the importance of
CBD financial agglomeration gradually. There are already more than 40 cities and regions
have proposed to build CBD, take Beijing for example, there will be nine financial
function areas in Beijing.
Although we have acceived some ess in CBD financial agglomeration, especially
in Shanghai and Beijing, there is still a considerable gap between our country and some
developed countries, such as the radition fuction in CBD, the development of factor market,
as well as the influence in the whole world. So it is important for our country to improve
the theories of what kind of cites can form a CBD and how to promote the CBD financial
agglomeration.
This article attempts to analyze the reason of CBD financial agglomeration, and the
risk avoidance in CBD financial agglomeration based on the financial agglomeration
theory and the
