安徽省高速公路服务区企业核心竞争力的培育和提升研究

摘要

随着我国国民经济的不断发展和对交通基础设施投资力度的不断加大,我
国高速公路的建设赢得了长足发展,作为高速公路重要组成部分的高速公路服
务区也获得了难得的发展机遇。然而,由于高速公路服务区在我国尚属于新生
事物,长期以来,服务区仅仅作为高速公路的附属设施,在开发和管理上存在
很大缺陷,不但阻碍了服务区的进一步发展,而且也制约了高速公路整体功能
的进一步发挥。
本文首先对核心竞争力理论和现代服务业核心竞争力相关理论进行了综
述,其次运用 SWOT 分析方法对安徽省高速公路服务区及其经营企业现状进行
了分析,指出了安徽省高速公路服务区企业在规划设计、人力资源、经营管理、
经营理念等各方面的问题,进而对构成服务区核心竞争力的人才队伍、核心技
术能力、经营管理能力、品牌和企业文化等诸要素的培育提出设想,最后对安
徽省服务区企业战略管理进行分析,结合企业未来的发展战略,对如何提升企
业的核心竞争力作了一些策略研究。

ABSTRACT

With the continuous development of our national economy and investment in
transport infrastructure continues to increase, China's highway construction has
won considerable development, as an important part of the highway expressway
service area also received a rare opportunity for development. However, the

service area of the ancillary facilities exist in the development and management of
