摘要
校长是一个学校的灵魂,在教育改革不断深化的今天,校长的作用日益显现。校长评
价作为校长管理制度改革的重要环节是促进校长专业发展的必要条件。本文针对我国校长
评价的现状及问题,分五部分探讨了中小学校长评价机制的建构。
第一部分“引言”介绍了论文选题的缘由、国内外目前研究的现状和主要研究方法。
第二部分分析了完善中小学校长评价机制的重要意义。校长评价机制的完善是在一定的教
育改革背景下提出的。论文从有利于推进素质教育不断深化和发展,提高基础教育办学质
量;有利于完善校长负责制,推动校长管理体制改革的不断深化;有利于中小学校长队伍
的建设, 促进校长专业发展,提高校长素质与管理水平三方面分析了完善中小学校长评价
机制的重要意义。第三部分是以柳州市为样本对中小学校长评价的现状调查及问题分析。
建立科学的校长评价机制,首先要明确我国目前校长评价现状,透过现状分析问题。论文
以访谈和问卷调查的内容作为依据,从五个方面分析了目前校长评价存在的问题。第四部
分通过对英美两国校长评价制度的观察,以期获得完善我国校长评价机制的启示。对世界
其它国家校长评价理论和实践的研究与借鉴将有助于我们提出科学正确的机制建构方向。
第五部分是对我国校长评价机制的建构思考。校长评价机制的完善是校长管理制度改革发
展必须要完善的环节,在诸多因素的制约下,该机制的完善还有很长的路要走。文章认为
从理论基础、依据、原则、内容和主体五个方面分析探讨校长评价将有助于建构科学合理
的校长评价机制。

Headmaster is the soul of a ,as the educational reform
deepens,the role of headmaster is ing more and more
evaluation of headmaster,a key point in the reform of headmaster rules and
regulations,is no doubt an indispensable factor with a view to promoting the
development of headmaster accordance with the current situation and
problems within headmaster evaluation,the explores the structure of headmaster
evaluation system from the following five parts.

the topic,and briefly introduces the main methodology and the framework of the
