我国高级财会人才培养模式研究--基于人才需求及硕士研究生

摘要
财会行业的诞生是经济发展的产物,在经济全球化的大背景下,我国经济
的飞速发展带来了对财会人才的巨大需求。目前,我衡现象,形成了“初中级财会人才过剩,高级财会人才极度匮乏”的局
面,产生了供需上的矛盾。研究我国高级财会人才的培养问题,解决我国财会
人才的供需矛盾,成为了一项重点研究课题。本文在分析我国高级财会人才供
需现状的基础上,研究我国高级财会人才的培养现状,探讨如何构建适应我国
经济发展需要的高级财会人才培养模式,以培养出能够满足社会需求的高级财
会人才。
全文共分六部分。第一部分为绪论,在分析我国财会人才队伍现状的基础
上提出问题,指出本文的研究意义,并对研究方法和思路进行介绍。第二部分
为理论介绍,对本文涉及到的主要概念进行解析。第三部分首先从数量需求和
能力素质要求两个方面对我国高级财会人才的需求情况进行调查分析;其次对
我国财会专业硕士研究生的就业情况进行调查分析;最后在供需两方面调查分
析的基础上,指出目前我国高级财会人才的培养出现了问题,主要是财会专业
硕士研究生培养模式已不适应当前经济的发展,培养出的高级财会人才难以满
足社会需求。第四部对我国高级财会人培养现状进行分析,并指出现存问题,
同时对国外高级财会人才培养的成功经验进行介绍,并加以借鉴。第五部分提
出构建我国高级财会人才培养模式的基本思路和具体设想,明确了我国高级财
会人才的培养目标,确立了“直接深造”与“后续培养”结合的培养方式。最
后为本文的结论,对全文的研究做总结,指出了本文的创新点。

Abstract
The birth of finance and accounting industry is the results of the economic development. With
the economic globalization, the economic development of China is speeding up. This brings the
keen demand for talents in finance and accounting. At present, the structure of our finance and
accounting talents is imbalance “oversupply of the low-grade and secondary talents, scarcity of
senior talents”, formed a contradiction between supply and demand. Thus, research on national
cultivation model of senior talent in finance and accounting to solve the contradiction between
supply and demand of senior talents has e a key research topic. This thesis analyzes the status
quo of the senior talent’s cultivation in finance and accounting based on the supply and demand for
the senior talents. On the basis of this analysis, researches into how to construct a national
cultivation model of senior talent in finance and accounting which modates the economic
development requirements, to meet the social demands for senior talent in finance and accounting.
