民营企业制度文化建设研究
摘要
经过 20 多年的改革开放,我国民营企业从无到有,从小到大,从少到多,从弱到
强,持续迅猛发展,取得了惊人的业绩,显示出十分旺盛的生命力。从对我国经济的有
益补充到目前的举足轻重,民营经济已经逐步发展成为国民经济的生力军。但是,目前
民营企业的发展还存在着各种各样的阻碍和限制,在企业文化方面更是重“设计”轻“执
行”。许多民营企业的文化理念设计得很漂亮,但是没有落到实处,企业文化的作用也
就没有得到真正发挥。因此,本文写作的目的在于从企业制度文化建设的角度研究我国
民营企业的发展,探讨如何运用制度文化来促进企业可持续发展。
本文以规范研究方法为主,同时与比较分析方法和案例分析方法相结合进行研究。
从企业文化的“执行”角度入手,首先总结国内外企业制度文化的研究现状,对民营企
业进行界定,明确研究的视角,确定本文所研究的内容范围,并对企业文化的含义及相
关理论,企业制度文化的含义、重要性及意义进行介绍;然后通过分析,重点讨论了我
国民营企业制度文化建设的现状、存在的问题及其产生的原因,详细说明了我国民营企
业在企业文化落实、执行中的不足;进而从企业文化在制度中的落实角度提出解决问题
的对策;最后对具有代表性的民营企业——华为集团的企业制度文化进行分析,总结出
对我国其它民营企业制度文化建设有益的启示。
文章中强调制度文化建设是实现企业文化落地的需要及结合民营企业制度文化建
设现状所提出的一系列从知到行的完整性对策是比较有创新意义的,希望本文提供的民
营企业制度文化建设的方式方法和分析角度及过程,能够对我国民营企业企业文化的落
实与执行有所裨益。

Abstract
Over the twenty years of Reforming and Opening, private enterprise in our country have
been from nonexistence to existence, from small to big, from few to many, from infirmness to
strong, developing fast and went on, have acquired whacking achievement, display quite
hearty life force. From the plementarity of our economy to hold the balance
now, private enterprise has e the main force of country economy stepwise. But, the
developing of the private enterprise still exist various encumbrance and limit at present,
thinking much of design and despise implement on enterprise culture. In many private
enterprises, they have designed remarkable cultural theory, but have not fell on practice, so
the effect of the enterprise culture have not received exertion. Therefore, the goal of the article
is to study the development of private enterprise from the angle of the system culture. Discuss
how to use system culture to promote enterprise sustainable development.
