摘要
当前的中国高等教育面临内部和外部的双重挑战。在外部,全球化、市场化、
信息化浪潮以及高等教育在国家发展战略中地位的提升,迫使高等教育更加关注
经济社会发展需要,同时也加剧了高等教育在国内乃至国际范围内的竞争。在内
部,高等教育也面临来自学科的高度分化与高度综合、素质教育与应试教育、精
英教育与大众教育等问题的纠结与挑战。中国高等教育迫切需要建构新的理念、
新的机制,创新教育理念下发展的高等教育憧憬,符合国家战略、社会需要以及
高等教育自身发展的期望。
创新教育在国内外有着丰富的理论与实践。马克思的人的全面发展理论、素
质教育理论以及多元智力理论、人力资源理论、建构主义理论等等,为创新教育
的实施提供了观照的多重路径。国内外高校一流大学在创新教育实践探索方面取
得了诸多成果,西方国家特别是美国在这方面领时代风骚,日、韩、香港等亚洲
国家和地区也有可供借鉴的经验,国内大学也在这方面做了长期的探索并有了自
己的一些特色。这都为我们研究高校创新教育机制提供了启示。
本文要研究的主要内容是,在国家、社会等宏观的视野观照下,从人的成长
规律出发,探讨高等教育机构创新教育机制的建构问题。因此,本文以素质教育
理论和多元智力理论为理论基础,借鉴国内外高校在创新教育方面的有益经验,
揭示国内高等教育与创新教育不相符合的体制、机制,从而总结出高等院校构建
创新教育机制的一般性理路:确立以学生为中心、以实践为重点、以成才为目标
的创新教育理念。在此基础上,构建七种创新教育机制:融合通识教育的思想政
治教育机制;学科融合的教学机制、综合平台的实践机制、产学研联合的合作教
育机制、学习自主的弹性管理机制、多元评价的激励机制、开放宽容的文化机制。

Abstract
Current higher education in China is facing the double challenges both in and
outside , the globalization, marketization, informationization trend and
the exaltation of the status of higher education in national developmental strategies
have forced the higher education to pay more attention to the need of the economic
society, and meanwhile aggravate petition of higher education within the
country and even in the world. Inside, higher education faces the entanglement and
challenge from some problems, such as, high differentiation vs. high integration of
disciplines, education for all-round development vs. examination-oriented education,
elite education vs. mass education, etc. It’s urgent for Chinese higher education to
construct new ideas and mechanisms, to innovate the higher education prospect
developed under educational ideas, in the hope of matching the national strategic and
social need and tallying with the expectation of the development of higher education.
